is my phone infected with a virus or malware?? I just got a random message on my iPhone 6 to change my iPhone 5s password. I'm running the latest software 9.3.5. can someone help me?

Invoke Settings > Safari > Clear History & Website Data.
It sounds like you visited a less than honorable website.
Be certain you never click on embedded links inside such a message.
i havent been going to any different websites. it just randomly started coming up today.
